We follow ISO 45001:2018 standards for Occupational Health & Safety (OH&SMS) Management.
For five consecutive years, we’ve received the SAFETY AWARD from the Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF) and achieved a Hat-Trick in the Golden Helmet Awards.
Our projects are mishap-free due to our strong commitment to safety. We don’t just follow regulations; we build a culture of safety awareness and proactive risk management. Our efforts have earned us numerous awards and certificates from satisfied customers, recognizing our outstanding safety practices. We are dedicated to protecting our employees, partners, and the communities we serve.
Safety Awareness Sessions on Our Sites
We always conduct safety induction programs, demonstrations , awareness sessions and training session on our each project sites. We also have safety park erected on our each and every site.
Safety Committee
- Site team comprises PM, QAE, Storekeeper, and Safety Officer.
- Certified Safety Officer from a reputable organization.
- Monthly site meetings with minutes are sent to HO.
- Daily toolbox and weekly awareness sessions conducted by Safety Officer.
- Safety representative maintains records.
- Emergency contact list displayed on notice board.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Safety Helmets
- Safety belts used for workmen working on heights
- Hand gloves used for material handling, gas cutter etc.
- Safety goggles used for welding, grinding, concrete breaking
- Gumboots for concrete work, cutting hard rocks, asphalting
Equipment Safety
- Trained operators exclusively handle equipment.
- Verify level of mixer machine & weigh batcher.
- Prohibit insertion of loose wires in sockets.
- Install covered switchboards outdoors.
- Cube testing machine must be covered post-testing.
